Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
We will gladly ship out your order utilizing and offering competitive shipping rates from the local domestic carriers including USPS. We will use the best and most affordable rates to ship to our clients. Most shipments are shipped within 48-72 hours after *processing time. We will notify you via email or text message after your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number when applicable. Shipping rates are not covered in the pricing of the items and its based on weight and carrier shipping requirements and policy guidelines.
*Processing Time & Handling Time
Orders are processed daily during business days (Monday-Friday) and will be processed in the order received. Orders received after 3 pm during business days, will be processed the next day. Orders received after 3 pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will first be processed and an invoice will be created that will have a total of purchased items, local state and federal taxes, and shipping costs. Once the total payment has been processed, the order will be sent to the warehouse for packaging and shipping. After the package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number if applicable.
Refund Policy

We guarantee our products. If a customer is not satisfied, we will gladly provide a refund according to our return policy guidelines and offer an exchange or a refund if it's within 14 days of purchase. We will only accept returned products that are not opened and sealed in their original package in order to receive a full refund; once it's received back at our warehouse (if applicable). Shipping costs for returns will be at the expense of the customer, unless a product issue is found to be the cause of the return which will be determined once received in the warehouse. After a product has been shipped out of the warehouse with a confirmation provided, the customer will be held responsible for returning the item following the return refund policy. Cancellations prior to shipping will be issued a full refund, please allow up to 72 hours for money to be received back into your bank account.
