Local shipments (Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, NC) are made every Friday.
For other locations and out of the State of NC. It takes around 7 business days to be shipped and delivered.
Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 5 calendar days to contact our office and return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Any cancellation, return, or refund will result in a $5 fee for internal operations.
